Challenges & Objectives

Project Overview

A large-scale documentary showcasing India’s ‘Trucks on Train’ (Ro-Ro) system capturing real operations and transforming complex logistics into engaging cinematic storytelling. This Project doing with collaboration with cut too cut media.

Challenges

The Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off) transport system is a highly technical and complex logistics concept, making it difficult for general audiences and stakeholders to fully understand.

The challenge was to capture this large-scale industrial operation visually, while presenting its efficiency, scale, and real-world impact in a clear and engaging cinematic format — without losing its technical depth.

Objectives

To create a high-quality documentary that clearly explains the ‘Trucks on Train’ (Ro-Ro) system, highlights its key benefits (cost efficiency, fuel savings, and time optimization), and serves as a powerful communication tool for stakeholders.

The goal was to transform complex logistics into simple, engaging, and visually compelling storytelling that builds awareness and trust.
