2. Project Agreement
- All projects begin after confirmation and advance payment (if applicable).
- Scope of work will be defined before starting the project.
- Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
3. Payments
- Payments must be made as per the agreed terms.
- Delayed payments may result in project delays or suspension.
- All fees are non-refundable once the work has commenced unless otherwise agreed.
4. Revisions
- A limited number of revisions may be included depending on the project agreement.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may be charged separately.
5. Delivery
- Project timelines will be communicated in advance.
- MonkeyShot is not responsible for delays caused by lack of client communication, feedback, or required assets.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide all required materials (content, logos, references, etc.) on time.
- Ensure that all provided materials do not violate any copyrights or laws.
7. Intellectual Property
- Final deliverables will be transferred to the client after full payment.
- MonkeyShot reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
8. Limitation of Liability
MonkeyShot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate the project with prior notice.
- Any work completed up to the termination point will be billed accordingly.
10. Third-Party Tools
We may use third-party tools, software, or platforms (including AI tools). MonkeyShot is not responsible for changes or limitations from these platforms.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
